For our business accounts, we will issue specific enrollment keys for the account. The enrollment keys will use all small case characters with numbers. No capital letters. Be sure to enter the code exactly like it appears in your instructions. (i.e. mycompany67).
We have "discount" codes and "enrollment keys" available. There are two seperate boxes to use within the payment section. If your employer has a business account with us, input the enrollment key given to you where is states "enrollment key". Don't enter the enrollment key under discount code section as it will have no effect and will not enroll you into your pre-purchased course (see screenshot below).
If you have any troubles, please use our Contact Us web portal. If you use our Contact Us web portal, it is much quicker and easier for you to get you back on track. We give you written instructions with weblinks for whatever questions you might have. We don't encourage calling as it will only delay your productivity.
For our business accounts, please know we are here to support each and every employee individually and personally.
